Refund policy

1. Purpose

This policy helps protect reserved time slots, supports fair operations for all clients, and clarifies deposits, cancellations, and refunds. Booking an appointment constitutes acceptance of this policy.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Minimum notice

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours)

A $50 administrative fee may apply.

No-shows

In the event of a no-show:

• A $100 fee may be charged

• A deposit may be required for future bookings

• The clinic may refuse future appointments in cases of repeated no-shows

3. Deposits

Consultations

A $50 deposit is required to confirm any consultation time slot.

The deposit:

• Is applied to the total cost if you proceed with treatment

• Is non-refundable if cancelled late or if you do not attend

Deposit notice requirement

For consultation deposits, we require 48 hours’ notice to retain the deposit. Cancellations under 48 hours result in loss of the deposit.

4. Refunds – Services

Due to the medical, customized nature of treatments:

No refunds are offered for services that have been provided, including:

• Neuromodulator injections

• Dermal fillers

• Technology-based treatments

• Consultations

• Follow-ups

Results vary from person to person; no outcome can be guaranteed.

If a side effect or unexpected reaction occurs:

• A professional assessment will be offered

• A follow-up plan may be proposed where appropriate

This does not create a right to a refund.

5. Gift Cards, Packages, and Promotions

• Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash

• Prepaid packages are non-refundable

• Promotional purchases are final and cannot be converted to cash value

6. Refunds – Products

Skincare products sold in-clinic are:

• Non-refundable

• Non-exchangeable

Exception:

• A defective product may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

7. Right to Refuse Treatment

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if:

• A contraindication is identified

• Expectations are unrealistic

• Behavior is inappropriate or disrespectful

• Safety conditions are not met

In such cases, consultation fees remain applicable and deposits are not refunded.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (extreme weather, major building issues, urgent clinical emergencies). In such cases, rescheduling will be offered without penalty.

9. Disputed Payments (Chargebacks)

If a payment is disputed without valid grounds, we may provide relevant documentation (policy acceptance, appointment confirmations, signed consents). Administrative costs related to unjustified disputes may be claimed where permitted.
