3. Informed Consent
Before any treatment:

4. Client Responsibilities

Any omission or false declaration may compromise safety and may lead to postponement, cancellation, or refusal of treatment.

No outcome can be guaranteed. Touch-ups or additional treatments may be suggested and are not included in the original price unless explicitly stated in writing.
6. Right to Refuse or Stop Treatment

Postpone or cancel services due to contraindications or safety concerns

Require a new consultation if health status or expectations change

Refuse service in cases of inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful behavior

7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the clinic cannot be held responsible for:

Expected and temporary side effects (bruising, swelling, redness, tenderness)

Complications resulting from non-compliance with instructions

8. Appointments, Deposits, and Cancellations
A deposit may be required to confirm an appointment. Cancellation timelines and applicable fees are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified in writing. Prices may change without notice. Promotions are not combinable unless clearly stated.
10. Intellectual Property
All website and marketing content (texts, images, branding, logos) remains the exclusive property of Clinique Injection Essencia. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
11. Privacy

12. Governing Law
