1. General Information

Clinique Injection Essencia is a Quebec-registered business located at:
1887 chemin du Tremblay, Local 220, Longueuil (QC)

Treatments are performed only by qualified healthcare professionals, in accordance with applicable professional standards (including those of the OIIQ, where applicable).

2. Nature of Services

We provide non-surgical, personalized medical aesthetic services, including:

• Neuromodulators: Xeomin®, Botox®, Dysport®, Letybo®

• Dermal fillers (hyaluronic acid) for various facial areas

• Advanced technologies:

  • EXION™ (radiofrequency, ultrasound, and microneedling modalities)

  • Hollywood Spectra™ (Q-switched laser)

• Professional consultations and post-treatment follow-ups

All services are provided:

• After clinical evaluation

• Based on an individualized treatment plan

• With mandatory informed consent signed before each intervention

We reserve the right to adapt the plan as clinical circumstances evolve.

3. Informed Consent

Before any treatment:

• Risks, expected effects, and potential side effects are explained

• Alternatives are discussed when applicable

• The client may ask questions and take time to decide

Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn prior to treatment.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete health information

• Disclose any changes in health status

• Follow pre- and post-treatment instructions

• Maintain realistic expectations

• Treat staff and other clients respectfully

Any omission or false declaration may compromise safety and may lead to postponement, cancellation, or refusal of treatment.

5. Results and Limitations

Medical aesthetic outcomes vary. Results depend on factors such as:

• Age, anatomy, metabolism

• Lifestyle

• Medical history

No outcome can be guaranteed. Touch-ups or additional treatments may be suggested and are not included in the original price unless explicitly stated in writing.

6. Right to Refuse or Stop Treatment

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse a treatment that is not clinically indicated

• Postpone or cancel services due to contraindications or safety concerns

• Require a new consultation if health status or expectations change

• Refuse service in cases of inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful behavior

Client safety is always the priority.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the clinic cannot be held responsible for:

• Subjective dissatisfaction with aesthetic results

• Expected and temporary side effects (bruising, swelling, redness, tenderness)

• Complications resulting from non-compliance with instructions

• Complications caused by undisclosed or inaccurate health information

This limitation does not exclude liability in cases of proven professional fault.

8. Appointments, Deposits, and Cancellations

A deposit may be required to confirm an appointment. Cancellation timelines and applicable fees are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified in writing. Prices may change without notice. Promotions are not combinable unless clearly stated.

10. Intellectual Property

All website and marketing content (texts, images, branding, logos) remains the exclusive property of Clinique Injection Essencia. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

11. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy (Law 25 compliant).

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the appropriate judicial district.

13. Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted online is the current version. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
